2. You understand that items ordered from this online store are never delivered to any address.


3. You can only order items from this site. You pay us when the items are collected.


4. You agree to purchase the total order unless you are unhappy with a substitute product (When some items are out of stock we may substitute a similar product)


5. We reserve the right to cancel the order of and/or refuse to serve any customer, at our discretion.


6. Orders will be cancelled under the following circumstances:-


• The person purchasing the fireworks is believed to be under the age of 18. This a legal requirement and is non negotiable.


• Thought to be fraudulent in any manner.


• Items are not picked up at the arranged date/time after 48 hours.
