1. You can only order items from the mail order catalogue to be delivered.
   
2. Deliveries will only be delivered to the card holders address, if delivery is to a secondary address proof of the card holders address is required, otherwise no delivery will be dispatched. Proof of address can be a utility bill for the card holders address. Land line telephone numbers only will be accepted.
   
3. We reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
   
4. Cancellations for orders are at our sole discretion and we must be informed in writing/email with at least 2 working days notice.
   

   In the event of cancellation the customer must notify us in writing or via e -mail. Fireworks are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned to us by a specialised carriers. Upon receipt of a written (including email) cancellation request, the company will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected. In the event of cancellation, a charge equal to the cost of the company delivering (if already delivered or passed to the carriers) and recovering the goods will be made to the customer, and automatically deducted from the refundable amount.

   An administration cost of £10 will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
   
5. If you have paid for your order via paypal and require a refund you will also be liable for any charges incurred as stated in pay pal terms and conditions.
   
6. Carriage charge is to be paid for if any item ordered is not marked free delivery.
   
7. To purchase fireworks from this site you must be at least 18 years old. It is illegal to purchase or to carry in a public place fireworks if you are under the age of 18.
   
   
8. Orders will be cancelled under the following circumstances:-


• The person purchasing the fireworks is believed to be under the age of 18. This a legal requirement and is non negotiable.


• Thought to be fraudulent in any manner.
